Strong buyer interest was also evident in Compliance Tech and Vertical Applications, which recorded 34 and 31 transactions, respectively. Dealmaking across Lending Tech, Business Intelligence, Crypto & Digital Assets Management, Insurtech, and Enterprise Resource Planning remained active but more selective. Overall, the subsector mix highlighted continued buyer demand across the broader FinTech ecosystem, with particular interest in Payments Processing, Wealth & Investment Tech and Blockchain Tech.
